 We human beings are happiness junkies,we all want happiness to serve us. Behind most of our actions choices and relationships, the demand is happiness but do we care about satisfaction?  If you are happy with whatever you are doing in life just ask yourself a question whether you are satisfied with what are up to. happiness and satisfaction are two different things. So now what satisfaction really is and why it's so important. Well it's more important than happiness but it doesn't mean that if you are satisfied you won't be happy the thing is you just have to figure out you have to be satisfied with whatever you are doing and happiness will follow up just believe in yourself just find yourself, what are interests these things will give you satisfaction and happiness but when you just follow someone just because of some peer pressure or because you so-called idol suggested to do something that might give you happiness but dude you will not be satisfied at all. WHAT'S DEPRESSION?

according to google it is a felling of unhappiness that last for a long time 
  And I won't talk about this more cause these day tones of articles are available which are best and can't match those 
  According to W.H.Os report 
India  is 6th most depressed country with over 300 preys
   You know the young one who are in depression may sometime think that they have sacrificed something 
  so they are in this situation 
But if you wanna know the real meaning of sacrifice, someday visit to a soldier he would tell you about  real sacrifice.
We youngsters fall for the shitty things and call it a sacrifice 
What my genuine feeling say is....
 whenever you feel like their is no hope, you feel like loser 
  I suggest apply for INDIAN ARMY
             be a soldier 
You know if you can't do something for yourself, your family , at least try to do something for our country 
  This would give you respect that no one ever could give you 
    This would heal you , I think this is  best way to overcome depression according to me cause 
   GIVING LIFE TO YOUR COUNTRY WOULD GIVE YOU                  WAY MORE SATISFACTION 
  THEN COMMITTING SUICIDE BECAUSE OF YOUR                    OWN PERSONAL PERSONAL
